East Bengal Club announced the signing of 4 new players today as they continued their signing spree.
The 1st player is Mohamed Irshad. Irshad played for Gokulam Kerala this season and won the Durand Cup for the Malabarians. He turned out to be a solid customer alongside Andre Ettiene in the GKFC defense.
Mohun Bagan Goalkeeper Sankar Roy also signed on the dotted lines for the Red and Golds. The Santosh Trophy winning Bengali keeper had the most number of cleansheets in the I League last season.
Left Back Keegan Pereira has also signed for the Kolkata giants from ISL side Jamshedpur FC and so has forward Girik Khosla from Punjab FC.
East Bengal are in talks with several other players including Arrows stars Ricky Shabong and Harmanpreet Singh as they look to completely revamp their squad for the next season.
