Four Indian Hockey players including captain Manpreet Singh have tested positive for Coronavirus on Friday. The other three players who tested positive are Surender Kumar, Jaskaran Singh, and Varun Kumar.
The Hockey team had reported to the National Hockey Camp in the Sports Authority of India’s National Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, after a home break.
“I am self quarantined on the SAI campus and I am very happy with the way SAI authorities have handled the situation…I am doing fine and hope to recover very soon,” Manpreet said.
